On 26-12-20, his brother, Gambhir Chand alias Gaurav, was arrested under section 212 in Bhadvi in helping the accused accused Rajiv Kumar and on 28-12-20, the accused was arrested from Sultanpur, U.P. . After medical examination of the accused, his samples were collected and sent to FSL for examination.
On the basis of the evidence collected by Dr. Vishakha Ashok Bhadane and the witnesses presented on time, the Special Judge of the Court, Poxo District Haridwar, arrested the accused Ramtirath in 363/366A/376(A)(B)/377/302/201 IPC. And punished with death penalty and fine under POCSO Act and accused Rajiv Kumar was punished with 5 years imprisonment and fine for hiding evidence.
