The seed bomb campaign has expanded from Uttarakhand to 18 states of the country today.
Seed Bomb Campaign Week is celebrated every year from 9th July to 15th July every year from the year 2019 to connect more and more common people with the seed bomb campaign.
On 9th July this year, the Seed Bomb Campaign Week was started by the Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami from the Chief Minister’s residence. On the occasion of the inauguration, under the leadership of the district officers of all the districts of the state, school students, students, panchayat members including the heads of all the departments were connected live.
On the call of the Chief Minister, Uttarakhand, this year, one thousand Panchayats, Mahila Mangal Dal, Self Help Groups, 2500 schools, 90 voluntary organizations including 10 colleges, Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Himachal, Haryana, Punjab, Manipur, Delhi, Telangana, Bihar, Rajasthan Seed Bomb Campaign Week was celebrated in 18 states including Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Odisha, Chandigarh, Jammu and Kashmir, Karnataka.
Dwarka Prasad Semwal, the leader of the seed bomb campaign, said that the seed bomb campaign is slowly becoming of the people and people are starting to understand.
We have to think that when we feel hungry, we go to the house for food, when we destroy the house of the wildlife, then they will be called when they are hungry?
