Good News – The doors of Badrinath resonated with the devotion of the chants of “Jai Badri Vishal Dham – thousands of devotees reached the darshan of the Akhand Jyoti even before the doors opened, the Dham of Bhuvaikunth
After a long wait of two years, the doors of Badrinath temple have been opened for the common devotees this morning.
Badrinath, Dehradun, Pahadonkigunj, Shri Bhagwan Badrivishal The temple was decorated in a grand way before the opening of the doors of the temple Badrinath temple was decorated with 15 quintals of flowers. Yesterday itself, the throne of Adi Guru Shankaracharya Ji, Rawal Ji, Shri Uddhav Ji, Shri Kuber Ji, Dev Dolis had reached Badrinath in the temple.
Dolis were brought to the temple with the band dhun of Garhwal Scout.
A large number of devotees have reached the temple on the very first day itself, so strict security arrangements have been made.
Tight security arrangements:-
SP Shweta Choubey of Chamoli district of Uttarakhand said that Badrinath Dham has been divided into 5 sectors for security and a large number of security personnel have been deployed.

For the entire journey we have deployed around 3 COs, 9 Inspectors, 26 Sub Inspectors and adequate number of PSE, SDRF, Fire units. We have divided the two routes from Gauchar to Badrinath Dham into 5 sectors. Six seasonal checkpoints have been made operational for the entire journey.

This temple, also known as Badrinarayan Temple, is one of the Char Dhams (four important pilgrimages).
There are four pilgrimage sites namely Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath, whose doors have already been opened.
As soon as the doors of Lord Badrinath opened with Vedic chants at 6.15 am this morning, the entire Dham reverberated with the chants of ‘Jai Badri Vishal’.
