In this sequence, the year 2021 was also celebrated by the institute as the year of Garh Bhoj. Which was celebrated in various ways by the teachers, food businesses and voluntary organizations from all over the state. Due to our efforts, today Garh Bhoj has become a part of training from Rashtrapati Bhavan, Raj Bhavan to all the canteens, messes, various events of the state police as well as meetings of government and non-government departments. Today, Garh Bhoj has been included in the menu of
hundreds of hotels, restaurants and dhabos. Garh Bhoj has been included in weddings across the state.

In the experimental examination of home science in NCDC, information was presented about the nutrients found in food along with making special dishes under Garhbhoj of Uttarakhand in culinary science.
