In the programs, a festival of hope was created keeping the folk culture and folk heritage of Uttarakhand at the center.
Speaking in a series of literary cultural programs, the acting principal of the college, Dr. Sunaina Rawat said that Uttarakhand is a very rich state from the cultural point of view, so there is a need to connect the youth with its culture and people.
A large number of students participated in the poetry recitation competition in which Kusum Kandiyal BA 2nd year secured first position by singing Ghalib’s Ghazal. Kiran B.A stood second in poetry reading in the first year. Kiran BSc first year also stood second, Deepak stood third.
In the speech competition, Deepak Chand B.Sc. 1st year secured first position, Suraj Panwar and Zainab stood second and Sakshi BA second year stood third.
Queen Ba in solo anthem. Third year secured first position. Ameesha B.Sc first year stood second. Om Panwar secured third position.
While showcasing her arts, the students secured first position in the solo dance competition. Anjali Rangad secured second position.
Folk festival Dharmita is the lifeblood of Uttarakhand’s culture. In this episode, Anoop Chand Soni got the first place in couple dance. Ekta and Amita secured 2nd position Babli and Neelam B.Sc 1st year secured 3rd position.
The literary cultural program was organized by the convener of the literary cultural council of the college, Mrs. Priyanka Dimri, Mrs. Anuja Rawat and Dr. Shubham Uniyal.
A large number of students participated in the series of literary cultural programs of the college.
In this program Dr. Satendra Kumar Pandey, Dr. Bharat Singh Rana, Dr. Vijay Rana, Dr. Mayani Chaudhary, Mr. Ravindra Kumar, Mayank Singh, Dr. Abdul Bahav, Dr. Manveer Singh Kandari, Dr. Bharat Singh Chufal, Balbir Singh Chauhan and the staff members of the college. Shri Balveer Singh Bisht Shri Pradeep Rawat Madhu Shri Soban Singh Rana were present.
The grandeur of the program compelled the students to immerse themselves deeply in the rhythm of the program and the music of the song.
