He told that the worship of Bhairavnath will be done by the learned Acharyas in the Okareshwar temple, the winter seat of Lord Kedarnath, on Sunday evening. Told that Bhairavnath is considered to be the protector of Kedar Puri and according to folk beliefs, Bhairavnath leaves for Kedar Puri after worshiping Bhairav in Okareshwar temple, the winter seat of Lord Kedarnath. Office Superintendent Rajkumar Nautiyal said that on May 2, all preparations have been completed for the Panchmukhi Chal Vigraha Utsav Doli of Lord Kedarnath to leave for Dham from Ukhimath. He told that on May 2, Panchmukhi Chal Vigraha Utsav Doli of Lord Kedarnath will leave for Dham from Ukhimath with the hymns of Brahmins, army and local musical instruments and devotees, and on the first night stay, blessing the devotees on various journeys. He told that on May 3, the Panchmukhi floating Vigraha festival Doli Phata of Lord Kedarnath will reach Gauri Mata Temple, Gaurikund on May 4 and Kedarnath Dham on May 5. On May 6, at 6.25 am, the doors of Lord Kedarnath will be opened for the devotees with the proclamations of Jai Kedar, Jai Shankar. Temple Supervisor Yaduveer Pushwan informed that all the preparations have been completed by the advance team of the temple committee for the pilgrimage to Kedarnath Dham starting from 6th May. Told that the work of color roban in the subsidiary temples along with the main temple has been completed by the team. The work of smoothening electricity and drinking water supply is going on on a war footing. He told that due to the frequent turning of the weather in Kedarnath Dham, there is a lot of trouble in smoothening the travel arrangements. By May 3, all travel arrangements will be completed. The Meteorological Department has also issued an alert for heavy rain on May 3. All travelers need to make arrangements with their warm vests to facilitate the journey.
